Returns Policy

Domestic Physical Goods Return Policy

You may return your physical items up to 10 days after the date of purchase for online orders, and 3 days after the date of purchase for on site orders.

Online orders are considered those that the client never saw the item before purchase. On-site orders are considered those that the client has seen or was shown the product before purchase.

All return requests must be communicated and approved in writing by Streamhealth prior to shipment. Physical items must be in the same condition they were received and in its original packaging. Items' condition will be analyzed by Streamhealth to see if it qualifies for a full or partial refund.

All return cost are the client's responsibility and a restocking fee may apply.

International Physical Goods Return Policy

All international goods sales are final.

Digital Goods Return Policy

All digital goods sales are final.

Shipping

Streamhealth can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. We make our best effort to clearly state shipment limitations in our website. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items in our stock and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page; if not, we will directly contact you with updates on the shipment information for your specific product.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, and some items require specific authorization and compliance with local legal authorities. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If you are not aware of the local requirements for some of our products in your geographical area, please do so, or contact us so we can discuss it.
